These guys operate a rare but interesting furniture business model. With their great website showcasing stimulating pictures and a catalog that will make your wallet salivate, their shop dwells online. But I wanted to see them and put a face to the great visuals. I did. There is a warehouse in Aspamda but they operate from Oregun, their work station. These guys don't just want to sell home or office furniture to you; they also want to embark on your furniture journey with you - choices, supply, installation, care, and maintenance. They will school you about furniture basics - interior consideration, draft designs, 3D rendering, and the actual making and delivery. From leather to fabrics to wood, I left with good information. They can even take your old furniture and refurbish it into something stunningly different. They love and practice the concept of customer lifetime value. To see their works, go online or call for a catalog. You won't see much at their workstation. I visited the day they had a few ongoing works and I caught a few pics to share from this place that's located in a residential area.
The reason I was attracted to this company in the first place was their refusal to make something out of inferior materials when they could have just easily taken the money. The cabinet they made for me was from a photo I supplied and they consulted with me all the way, the shape of the handles and their color. The wood they sourced was lovely and different, the ironwork was precise, the only thing you could nitpick is the woodwork showing signs of being handmade - but to me, this adds heaps of charm to the piece which is rare these days. On the whole, they did a great job and deserve 5 stars especially compared to the quality of some of the Nigerian companies that have done work for me. The couch was my choice of color and again was made from an image I photoshopped and it matches very well, they showed me the leather swatches and made the whole thing in genuine real leather, smells great. Recently used Equinox for the refurbishment of 5-year-old 7 Seater leather sofa and also commissioned them to make me a new dining set. A. What they did well: 1. Brought temporary furniture for us to use while they were working on the old 2. Did the refurbishment job perfectly, with very high-quality leather together with a 12-month guarantee 3. Possibly the only organization that does refurbishment of furniture in Lagos 4. Good client relationship management. Smart and the team. B. Areas of improvement 1. Delays. They claimed Covid had disrupted their workforce. 2. The dining chairs were not standardized. The chairs were of different lengths. Seems they use little automation hence the chairs looked different in finishing. There was also a mix up with table length but they managed it very well C. Recommendations 1. Need to manage delays in a proactive manner 2. Need to invest in automation to standardize output Overall, I'm happy to use them again and have no problems recommending their work

I got a nice office table for my home office with Equinox furniture. Price was affordable and delivery was made in less than 48 hours although travel was over 400km. I’m rating this company 5 because of their customer service which is top-notch. I wanted an ergonomic chair that will give me lumber support. I searched the internet and found Equinox. I didn’t quite enjoy the first chair sent to me and I complained. The company quickly upgraded the chair with a bonus throw pillow. The guy that I dealt with, one Smart, was really good. I’ll recommend this company.

This continues in all stages...design selection, ordering till delivery. They have a wide variety of designs and can customize as per your choice. I will recommend them to everybody.

Early this year we moved office and we decided to buy new office furniture and possibly refurbish some of the old ones.
