Our three decades of expertise in commercial and education projects help us understand your business, brand, culture, and the challenges you face within it. We don’t do generic space planning. Instead, we talk to people at every level in your business through workshops and surveys to uncover your organizational goals and the needs you may not have known you had. The results are better staff engagement, performance and well-being, and better use of your real estate.
We can offer a full turnkey package to consult, design, procure, and install your project or any individual aspect of this.
This can include creating initial budgets, surveys, and audits, multi-package furniture samples, and mock-ups, advice on all finishes, project management, and installation.
The Services under this include:

Ergonomic Assessments
An ergonomic assessment performed by Cristo Projects involves an evaluation of an employee at their workstation to ensure optimal working postures and ergonomic work practices, correct workstation setup, and ergonomic equipment recommendations, where appropriate.
Cristo Ergonomic Assessments are completed by fully qualified physiotherapists who are skilled in observing the workspace and work practices of an individual.
Poor ergonomic work practices or workstations can play a significant role in the development of many preventable musculoskeletal disorders including neck and back pain, shoulder and arm pain, headaches, and repetitive strain injury. The best way to prevent poor ergonomic work practice is to empower employees with the information and education that will enable individuals to be able to identify issues or risk factors before they cause an injury. Small changes to your employees’ work practices and workstations can have a large effect on their productivity, whilst ensuring they remain discomfort, pain, and ultimately injury-free at work. By upskilling employees, organizations are able to actively improve their working environment and make positive changes to the company’s workplace culture.
Ergonomic assessments are a great place to start when addressing these issues.
There are many different areas we look at when conducting ergonomics assessment – they include:
- Workstation chair setup, adjustments, and sitting posture
- Desk design, size, and height
- The laptop computer set up
- Repetitive computer tasks – mousing, data entry, clicking
- Work method and working postures
- Rest breaks and stretch breaks
- Musculoskeletal discomfort
