These are the terms and conditions (the Delivery Terms) that apply to the delivery by us of goods purchased by you from us either online at www.cristolimited.com or in our store (the home delivery service).
The Home Delivery Service is provided by Cristo Projects Limited (Herein-after referred to as Cristo Projects, Cristo Furniture, Cristo, we, us, or our). Our registered office is at 10 Leye Praith Street, Off Isheri Road, Ojodu, Lagos, Nigeria. (company’s phone numbers: 08030881676, 07063550629).
When we refer to “you”, and by “you”, we mean the purchaser of the goods and user of the Home Delivery Service. We may sub-contract our obligations for the Home Delivery Service to transport service providers of our choice, but we will remain responsible for the performance of the Home Delivery Service to you.
We reserve the right to change the Delivery Terms at any time. Any changes to the Delivery Terms will be effective for all new orders placed.
Terms of Deliveries
We will make doorstep delivery at the delivery address specified while placing the order. It is your responsibility to be available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address or location on the day of delivery.
Our items are made to order and take 2-21 working days to deliver depending on the furniture item.
Delivery within Lagos metropolis for orders below Three Hundred Thousand Naira is N20,000 Naira only (This excludes Badagry, Ikorodu, Epe, Ibeju-Lekki). Delivery within the Lagos metropolis for orders between Three Hundred Thousand Naira and One Million Naira (This excludes Badagry, Ikorodu, Epe, and Ibeju-Lekki) will attract a 6.5% delivery charge, while orders above One Million Naira will attract a 4% delivery charge.
However, delivery outside Lagos will attract an 8.5% delivery charge and purchase must be at a minimum of Five Hundred Thousand Naira, a 100% upfront payment is needed to validate your order, and within our pre-defined delivery areas within Nigeria (Major cities and towns).
The location must be accessible by road.
